Consumers research a product before buying
We direct our clients to employing inbound marketing techniques rather than outdated intrusive marketing. Significant is that today‘s consumer, both B2B and B2C, use internet and social media prior to making a purchase. In 2012, 82% researched a product before buying, with 66% even researching a low consideration product. Of those 54% primarily used digital channels.
